PROJECT OVERVIEW
A complex service business
organized into one customer platform
Gauthier Mechanical needed a website architecture that could support multiple trades, hundreds of service entry points, local search visibility, equipment brand education, and a better intake process for the office. TrueSite connected those needs through a structured Wix Studio build, CMS page families, relationship based content, and a Velo powered request workflow.
MAIN GOAL
Turn a deep plumbing, heating, cooling, drain, electrical, and commercial service catalog into a clear digital platform that helps customers find the right path and helps the office receive better service requests.
What TrueSite Built
TrueSite created the public website experience, CMS architecture, service hierarchy, town page system, partner brand structure, guided request service flow, ZIP validation logic, media upload path, internal request dashboard, and launch ready SEO framework.
1
Four level service architecture
The site moves customers from main service pages to hubs to detailed service pages, making a large catalog easier to navigate and easier to expand.

2
Large scale CMS system
TrueSite structured service hubs, detailed service pages, town pages, partner brands, and supporting records through Wix CMS instead of hard coded static pages.

3
Guided request service workflow
A custom Velo intake path screens urgency, validates service area ZIP codes, changes questions by service type, accepts optional media, and stores requests in CMS.

4
Local service area architecture
Thirty eight town pages and controlled nearby town relationships create local relevance while avoiding repeated doorway style content.

5
Partner brand content system
A five collection brand system supports Navien, A. O. Smith, Aquasana, Samsung HVAC, and Viega with reusable brand pages and supporting repeater content.

6
Internal request dashboard
Customer submissions are not left as loose inbox messages. The office receives structured request records that match the guided customer workflow.
