PROJECT SNAPSHOT

Timeline

In Build

Interactive homepage direction has been created and the approved direction will be rebuilt natively in Wix Studio for production.

Industry

Wholesale dairy and foodservice

The project supports a regional distributor serving restaurants, cafes, schools, institutions, convenience stores, markets, and commercial foodservice buyers.

Project Type

B2B product discovery website

The site is a public sales and onboarding platform, not a Wix ordering system or a direct VAI integration.

Capabilities

Product merchandising and customer acquisition

TrueSite is combining retail inspired product discovery, account inquiry paths, credit applications, CRM notifications, and VAI portal access.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Product discovery

without confusing it with ordering

White Brothers needed a public website that could behave like a digital sales floor while keeping private ordering, account pricing, invoices, payments, and customer tools inside VAI. TrueSite separated those journeys so new customers can discover the product range and apply for an account while existing customers get a clear portal route.

MAIN GOAL

Create a sales focused B2B website that makes a large wholesale product range easier to explore, improves customer acquisition, supports account onboarding, and preserves the existing VAI system for private customer ordering.

What TrueSite Built

TrueSite is creating the strategy, UX, Wix Studio build, native responsive structure, product category architecture, brand presentation, Become a Customer form, online credit application, document upload path, CRM notifications, SEO setup, analytics foundation, and ongoing marketing support plan.

1

Product driven homepage strategy

The homepage is treated as a digital sales floor where categories, featured ranges, brands, industries, and calls to action each have a commercial purpose.

2

Product discovery without ecommerce

Visitors can explore categories, featured products, and brand content while public pricing and customer specific ordering remain outside the Wix website.

3

New customer onboarding forms

Become a Customer pathways collect business type, address details, product interest, weekly volume, supplier context, timeline, notes, and email permission.

4

Online credit application workflow

The planned credit application supports business, ownership, trade reference, bank reference, authorization, and document upload requirements using Wix forms.

5

Existing customer portal path

A clear Customer Portal button routes current customers to VAI for private ordering, account pricing, invoices, payments, and account tools.

6

Native Wix Studio production build

The approved interactive prototype will be rebuilt with Wix Studio sections, grids, repeaters, CMS content, forms, CRM routing, analytics, and SEO controls.
