Services
TrueSite provides professional website design, development, and optional ongoing website management services. All services are governed by these Terms of Service and, where applicable, an individual project agreement or financing agreement.
Website development services and ongoing management services are separate offerings and are priced independently unless otherwise stated in writing.
Website Ownership and Transfer
Websites developed by TrueSite are built and managed under a conditional ownership structure.
TrueSite retains administrative control and ownership of the website build until all payments associated with the project are paid in full and cleared.
Once the full balance has been paid:
Ownership of the completed website build transfers to the client
Administrative control of the website is released to the client upon request
No ownership rights are transferred prior to full payment.
Financing, Payments, and Down Payments
If financing is approved and accepted, the client agrees to pay the full project cost according to the agreed payment schedule.
All down payments and initial payments must fully clear before any development work begins.
Financing is provided directly by TrueSite and is not offered through a bank or third-party lender. Financing is a payment convenience only and does not reduce, divide, or alter the total project cost.
The client acknowledges that responsibility for payment applies jointly and severally to both:
The business entity receiving services
The individual submitting the application or signing on behalf of the business
Domain Ownership
If financing is approved and accepted, the client agrees to pay all amounts according to the agreed payment schedule. Responsibility applies to both the business entity and the individual submitting the application.
Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services or other remedies permitted by law.
Default and Collections
If an account enters default following project completion and site launch, any unpaid balance may be submitted to collections.
The client acknowledges that:
The full remaining balance is due regardless of business performance, market conditions, business closure, or financial hardship
Responsibility for the debt applies to both the business entity and the individual representative
Collection actions may occur without further service obligations by TrueSite.
Late Payments, Suspension, and Takedown
Payments are considered late after the due date stated in the agreement.
If a payment is more than seven (7) days past due, TrueSite reserves the right to:
Pause all work and support
Suspend website access or functionality
Temporarily take the website offline until the account is brought current
Suspension or takedown does not waive or reduce the outstanding balance owed.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are the property of TrueSite.tech unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
TrueSite retains ownership of internal development systems, frameworks, workflows, and technical configurations used to build the website
The client retains ownership of their business name, logos, trademarks, and original content supplied for the project
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the completed website build as delivered.
Project Completion and Launch
A project is considered complete upon website launch or delivery as defined in the project agreement.
Following launch and completion:
Any remaining unpaid balances are still owed according to the financing agreement
Failure to continue payments after launch constitutes default
Website Management and Maintenance
Website management, maintenance, updates, monitoring, and support are not included in the website build price unless explicitly stated in writing.
Ongoing management services require a separate agreement and recurring monthly payment.
Management plans:
-
Are billed monthly
-
Are not eligible for financing
-
May be started, paused, or canceled according to the management agreement
If no ongoing management plan is active after launch, TrueSite has no obligation to provide updates, maintenance, monitoring, or support.
